In our Paella Cooking Workshop we are spending the morning preparing and tasting traditional Spanish food chosen by our great chef. Our official guide will be accompanied with you the whole time and before the cooking class he will show you the best parts of our beautiful city.
Our Paella Workshop will start in our meeting point Plaza de la Marina at 10.30. We will start the day with getting to know the beautiful city of Málaga and you will see the most famous sights and places of the city. We will also visit the Atarazanas Central Market. This food market has a long and interesting history and it is still a busy market area where locals make their everyday shopping. Here we will get to know in detail the fresh ingredients which we will then use later in our cooking class.
During the cooking class our professional chef will be guiding and teaching us the preparation of the chosen Spanish dished. Here we will together prepare the national dish paella and other dishes. Our chef will share his tips and tricksof the cooking process and will receive the best advises of how to prepare these very tasty dishes and you are guaranteed of an enjoyable learning experience.
While we are enjoying this experience we will also taste various surprising aperitifs which will open our appetite in order to finally enjoy the paella. Of course this experience would not be complete without a selection of the best wines of our city. To finalize our cooking class what would be better than a homemade dessert typical to Ronda.
